Welcome to the Haven mobile application (the "App"), operated by Project Kindness MN ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.
- Accurate Info: You must provide true, accurate, and current information when signing up.
2. Permitted Use and Restrictions
You agree to use this App only for its intended purpose of managing registrations and volunteering. You may not:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Project Kindness MN makes no warranties regarding the App's continuous availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ramsey County, Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
